A Council Bluffs man in prison in Nebraska after being convicted in April of sexually abusing two children has been sent to face similar charges in Council Bluffs.
Talon Lee, 30, is being held without bail at the Pottawattamie County Jail after his transfer Thursday from the Diagnostic and Evaluation Center in Lincoln.
Lee is charged with five counts of second-degree sexual abuse. He faces up to 125 years in prison if convicted.
Douglas County court records say Lee sexually assaulted two children, both under the age of 14, sometime from January to March 2017.
Authorities said Lee abused the children at an Omaha residence.
Another time, one of the victims said, Lee drove outside of town and abused her inside his car. Afterward, Lee threatened the child not to tell anyone.
The victims said Lee would also force them to watch pornography .
Lee was found guilty April 13 on all Nebraska charges and sentenced to 132 years to life. He would be eligible for parole Aug. 23, 2098.
According to Council Bluffs police, Lee’s Iowa charges stem from accusations by one of the same girls he was previously convicted of abusing.
The police report says the abuse occurred at Lee’s residence in Council Bluffs. His preliminary hearing is set for Friday .
